Do you only create portraits of cats and dogs?

We can create custom portraits of ANY animal!  We've created portraits for all kinds of exotic animals, rodents, reptiles and more!

 

Can you include multiple pets in the same portrait?

At this time, our designs can only support one pet per portrait.  Our customers love to display each one of their pet portraits as a stunning gallery wall!

 

Is the photo of my pet good enough to use?

If you followed our photo submission guidelines, then yes! Your photo will be perfect for creating the portrait:

1. Take the photo in a well-lit area (outdoors or facing natural light)
2. Take the photos against a solid background (like a wall)
3. Take the photo at eye-level with your pet
4. Ensure nothing is cropped out (make sure all ears are in the frame)
5. Choose a background colour that is not the same as your pet's fur (do not photograph a white dog in front of a white wall)

That's it! You will be contacted to submit a new photo if your original photo does not follow these guidelines.

 

How long will it take to receive my digital download?

Your completed digital download will be sent to you via email within 1-3 days of placing your order.  Canvas prints coming soon!
